Chicken Licken Mall of Tembisa refuses to give me food because of “policy”

Your people at Mall of Tembisa don’t want to give me an order that my wife placed on Mr D, because she cannot come collect it herself. Drivers are at full capacity and cannot deliver. They have been at full capacity since the afternoon. The order is paid for, the order is prepared and packed but because she’s not there herself to collect then we must forfeit?

I had screenshots of the order and everything that would be required, including my wife’s ID card and I still couldn’t get help because the “policy dictates that the only people who can collect the order is a Mr D driver or the person who placed the order”

This policy is not well thought of. It is stupid. You and Mr D are against your customers. So if a person ordering is bedridden then they must not order because of this policy? The funny thing is that the restaurant next to chicken licken allows people to collect orders if they have the sufficient proof.
