Chicken Licken Lyttleton Fly-Thru food poisoniong

Good Day I have purchased a takeaways chicken licken centurion on sunday morning of 9 May 2019. The food gave me and my girlfriends food poisoning. Symptoms are fever, stomach ache, feeling hot and cold at the same time. Please do not buy chicken licken centurion ( Chicken Licken Lyttleton Fly-Thru ) you may not be luck and die trust me.

I reported this matter to chicken licken south africa and this is the response I got. How do I prove that.......This is utter nonsense.

We are very sorry to hear about your recent illness, and to find out that you suspect our product to be the cause of it.

This is deeply upsetting news, as we have always made it our first and foremost priority to serve food of the highest quality to our customers and to provide a fully satisfying experience to all.

Please send us a copy of your till slip along with the doctors report confirming that it was in fact the food purchased at one of the Chicken Licken outlets that caused the illness.

Kindly note that we have not received any complaints of the same nature from any other customers but please know that we take all complaints very seriously and that we shall be launching an in-depth investigation of the incident immediately to assess if there have been any other reported incidents.
