Chicken Licken let down

The chicken Licken that has recently opened in Balfour is a disappointment yet again!!! This is now the second time that I have gone there and there is no plain chicken and not one staff member has the decency to forewarn me before I start my order. I am now at my last straw !!! I went in tonight and was speaking to my family about our order and at no point was I told there is no plain chicken. Despite the aggravation, how do you run a chicken business and NEVER have plain chicken that is not spicy. I understand that chicken licken is known for their spice but why then offer plain chicken when it is NEVER available!!! On top of all of this, the first time it happened I contacted head office and no one could care enough about my complaint that it was such a waste of time and feedback.
