Chicken Licken Lancers Durban

So I placed a order around 13:23 on 15 July 2024 in Chicken Licken in Lancers Durban so I first realised that they were calling out orders that are behind me and then I asked for order only to find out that they gave someone else my order and meaning that they lost it and then I called the manager and she was not even empathetic which made me angry 😡😡😡 what kind of service is that and people should be aware of this store and they take they own time to assist as the cashier had to make the orders and also pack which is not professional cause customers were complaining about waiting hours for orders which is stupid cause I waited for 1 hour to get a order of soul mix snack!!!
