Chicken Licken Kempton Park does it again.

This is for the second time I'm writing about the same chicken licken Franchise(opposite Macdonald) in Kempton Park and this time it was worse. I went to the chicken licken kempton park next to Romans Pizza. We went through the drive through around 21;50 just before they closed, ordered the party 16 and could feel the box was very light. As i opened the box there was no chips, i told them there was no chips and the corrected their mistake and i understood. While we waited for the chips we also discovered that the wings were short. At that point i was angry and requested a refund. The ladies at the kitchen were throwing remarks saying that we were drunk and all is in order. I then went it inside because i wanted my refund. I met with the worst manager by the name of Dominic(If my memory serves me right), he was the worst didn't want to help us, didn't reprimand his stuff, didn't want to listen to my side of the story. I asked for his name and he didn't want to give me. To make matters worse he didn't even apologize. I mean he was there the whole time and witnessed everything but no apology no nothing. It made me understand why the stuff act the way they acted because they have a manager like him that has no respect for customers. The last time i was there their former manager Lydia handled my problem like a pro. I don't think ill ever come back there. You dont advantage of your customers like that, whether they are drunk or cant count. It makes me question chicken licken as a whole. This is the second time it has happened at the same branch, it means they are used to it and they get away with it alot. This must come to a stop.
