Chicken Licken Jubilee Mall: "Rude to women" manager

I'm a regular customer at chicken licken jubilee mall and I work in pretoria east but stay in hammanskraal. There are times when I prefer to call and pick up my order as the store is on my way home. I had a very unpleasant encounter at the food chain yesterday on the 5th August 2019 around 18h00. I called 15 minutes prior and requested to order and had a very rude zulu speaking lady by the name of Patriot who is apparently the manager answer the phone and she rudely told me she does not take phone orders and hung up the phone on me. I tried calling again and she answered and put me on a silent hold.

I hardly place phone orders and for me to do that was because a lady working there once told me that the number on my slip, i can dial and place an order using that number. So I wasnt demanding something that isn't usually done infact there was a guy I know that placed an order recently and the manager glady placed an order for him. Now I'm wondering if the manager just has a bad attitude agaisnt women.

So I made my way to the store and I asked her why doesn't she take phone orders, she tells me about people that do not come to collect their orders. How is that my fault because she should have plans in place to manage uncollected orders or resell them since the have not been touched. Why are we always prone to bad service in rural areas? Why are people making thie rown rules in stores that do not belong to them ?

She further said to me that if I'm such a regular why don't I ask one the staff to place an order for me quickly, how can I do something like that? Jumping in front of other people really? A whole manager suggesting that? Kindly take this manager on a refresher course for management s****s and dealing with customers effectively because a customer should never leave unhappy especially after engaging with management even if they are unable to assist.
