Chicken licken is Maximizing profits at customers expense

I am loyal to chicken licken and the brand, but the Midway mews restaurant is riding on my last nerve!

Every damn order of mine, doesn't have cutlery, serviettes or salt. Even when i specify in the special requests. Ive been charged for their hot sauce and it never got delivered.

The last straw is today i ordered a feed my craving and it only came with 7 wings!!! Is this how they arw maximizing their profits, knowing that they don't have to deal with customers in store???? Then I ask for 9 pieces. 5 soulfire and 4 original with no breast. They gave me 9 original. WITH BREAST.

IM SO FRUSTRATED AND THEIR NUMBERS DON'T EVEN WORK!
