Chicken licken is ****

Went to the branch in braamfontein where the cashier failed to let customers know that there would be a significant waiting time for the meat. We waited for 20 minutes and while the ladies in the back took their time preparing and calling out orders. 20 minutes passed when one customer became irate and started yelling at the staff. That's when they decided to tell us that they were JUST putting the meat in the frier. A WHOLE 20 MINUTES AFTER THEY TOOK OUR ORDERS. I guess they couldn't take being yelled at cos they then proceeded to take out orders. My order came out with 2 tiny peaces of meat. So dry I swear it was left over meat from earlier or the day before. That was their way of getting rid of us because we were starting to get upset. They've always given ****py service at that branch, they are slow and don't care about customers. Today was the worst experience yet. The staff need to talk lessons from the staff over at KFC braam, right across the street from them. Best customer service over there.
