Chicken Licken ice cream

I bought today for the first time ice cream at chicken licken homestead kimberley,I was so so disappointed...I ordered 3x mini cyclones and 1 strawberry sundae...I just drove off and in 100m the sundae was already watery...the mini cyclones ice cream holders we couldn't get it open and the lid didn't have the opening to put the s**** in...we drove for 15 min to home by the time we got home and the ice cream was melted watery,it's actually not ice cream its sorbet,the quality is from the lowest and didn't taste nice at all...the cyclone ice cream holders I had to cut open with a scissor because I couldn't get it open with a knife and when I eventually opened the holders the ice cream messed all over the place because the containers was over filled...will never buy ice cream again from chicken licken
