Chicken licken hot wings not the same

Hate to do this but I must comment on the inconsistencies. Bought hot wings from this new outlet in lenasia south along Golden highway. Bought them in anticipation without worries because every chicken licken sells the same things but I got a shock of my life. The hot wings were not hot at all. Did not taste any chilli at all and even the salt tasted a bit far. Took them back and the manager asked to exchange them for me, no exchange done because I tasted the same taste and the wings were now cold showing that she gave me the same things and they were still tasteless. This is the first chicken licken to disappoint like this.
