Chicken Licken Hatfield

For the second time, the same lady did not meet my needs as a customer, what happened to meeting customer needs, I don't know. I don't eat chicken breasts but they are always added to my meals even when I request that they not be added. Secondly, they can't "hear me properly" when I speak out loud when I add requests but they hear me when I place the order. Thirdly, the same lady that was taking my order, did not have her name tag on, only got a Pertunia on my till slip, I doubt that it's even her. Basically, the branch in Hatfield lacks in customer service and meeting customer needs, and the employees seem tired and demotivated which makes one lose interest in eating at the place. I'm disappointed and frankly, it was the last time I purchase at that particular branch.
