Chicken Licken gave me terrible service! With the money I paid!!!!!!!

Do not go to chicken Licken Wynberg! I ordered a lunch box meal with hot meat and they gave me the soul sister meat. Obviously you’ll only know as you’re eating that you didn’t get the correct meat! When returning the food to get the correct one. I was met with a manager who was unwilling to assist. She decided to walk away instead of coming to me and addressing the issue at hand. I will not be returning to this outlet. Please do proper checks before hiring people. The customer service from the manager was terrible! She lacks the qualifies of a proper manager. If anything she needs to attend training! I am appalled by her inactions! They don’t even deserve the one.
