Chicken Licken Gateway Branch is a NO-GO !!

Good day

I would like to lay a formal complaint, in relation to the food and service my family and I experienced yesterday, at your Gateway Branch. This was the first time we have ever decided to visit the Gateway Branch and it most certainly will be our last. Firstly, the meals we ordered were not cooked properly at all! The wings were white in colour and they were clearly not fried well. The chicken was extremely dry and tasteless and the rolls were stale. I did try to explain this to the lady at the front counter but I quickly realised that the staff are not willing to assist anyone. This brings me to my next point. The service at your Gateway Branch is despicable !! The staff are extremely uninviting, unfriendly and are not willing to assist customers with anything. We ordered quite a large meal because we were a group of six. How were we supposed to eat without an additional box or something else to place our food in? I asked for an additional box and was refused. I asked for more sauce and serviettes and was refused. Eventually we just ended up eating our food on the roll packets we had, in the most disgusting manner imaginable. Considering the price I paid at this store, I should have just taken my family to a restaurant rather because it would have cost the same price and it would have come with some proper service. The food we ordered was extremely expensive for absolutely no reason at all and the service was pathetic !! I would appreciate it if this complaint is taken seriously and someone from your management team gets into contact with me, to discuss this matter. I need to understand how such a large food chain in our country can be so uninterested in providing good quality food and customer service.
