Chicken Licken Festival Mall bad service and staff arrogant and rude

I went to Chicken Licken Kempton Park (Festival Mall) 3 Weeks back. I waited for almost 30 minutes for my order and after asking about the delay I was told to wait, while the staff their are busy talking and laughing while we waiting. They even laughed at me. I went there again yesterday 11 November 2019, I waited for 25 minutes for my order, they called my number 210 to come collect my order, one lady behind the counter said told given let them wait for longer period. They are rude, arrogant and because last time I complained they made me to wait while my order was ready. I had to request for my refund and leave the shop. Even yesterday they gave everyone their orders while I wait, they were busy talking and laughing. Chicken Licken Festival Mall I will never go there.
