Chicken Licken Ferndale on Republic

So disappointing!!!! I bought food from Chicken Licken Ferndale on Republic today. The chicken was off and smelly. I contacted the outlet only to be told that they DO NOT sell off chicken and that I should be bring the food back. I spoke to the store manager who was out of his depth and highly unprofessional. I asked for the owner's contact details and was told that his details are not shared and that he/she would contact ME. I have not heard from either.

Obviously customer service is not a priority. Well done to the owner for setting a good example.🤔 Truly pathetic. You should be disgusted.
