CHICKEN LICKEN FERNDALE DOES NOT TAKE ORDERS SERIOULSY

CHICKEN LICKEN FERNDALE does not take orders seriously. I ordered my food 15 minutes before my break and the order took 45 minutes to be delivered, when it was delivered they had completely ignored the notes I added on Uber Eats. Why must we add notes only for them to be ignored? I wanted specific parts of the chicken and they gave me totally different parts, on top of that the chicken was undercooked. I need this to be rectified because I could not return the order as I was on shift and my break had ended already. However, dealing with my order must account for this.
