Chicken Licken - Dry, rock hard Chicken

On Friday 8 May at 16:52 I bought an 8-piece meal from Chicken Licken. Coming home we found that the chicken pieces were considerably small and totally dry....rock hard chicken. My husband refused to finish the meal and as we are living on a farm, I could not drive back. This upsets me very much because we always prefer Chicken Licken above KFC, but now I spent TIME and MONEY driving to Chicken Licken, buying a meal and paying for food that was not edible. I want to know how Chicken Licken is going to refund me my money or reimburse me for the meal I bought.
