Chicken Licken does not give condiments with meals
I had to pay separately for all the condiments and the staff have not been trained on customer service?I went to the Nelspruit Branch and I go there often as it close to my office.as usual it was busy and the service poor. As I walked toward the till the cashier walked away and stood by the drive thru. After a while she came back and looked around as if I was invisible. After a while she asked me if she could help me. I wonder what she thought I was doing there,or maybe I was not important as I was the only Indian there. When the guy was packing my meal I asked for an extra sachet of Soul Fire sauce. He told me that it was R1 for 3 sachets. He was not pleased that I was buying extra sauce and asked me 3 times if I wanted to buy it.When I got back to the office I noticed that there was no salt, serviettes or sauce (except for the 3 that I bought).I could not salt the chips or wipe my hands. If I did not buy the sauce it would have been a dry meal.If I had to pay for each condiment separately then the actual price paid for the meal would make CL too expensive.CL must advertise that condiments cost extra so that consumers can make a more informed decision when they want to buy there
