CHICKEN LICKEN - DISGUSTED

On the 12 January 2015 we ordered a family meal at Gateway Chicken Licken. We collected our meals and requested plates to place our meal on and eat. My family consisted of our mum, husband and myself and two children. The manager gave us serviettes and informed us that there's no plates or paper plates we should place our food on the serviette and eat from there. We tried to do that but to our disgust the serviette was sticking onto the food ie. chicken, archer , chips etc. This made it impossible to eat our food. We called for the manager and the the owner. The owner confirmed that theres nothing he can do since Chicken Licken do not supply any plates for the customers. IS this is how we as customers should eat? Upon request I have photos of the meals and how we have eaten. I have also contacted the local newspapers to have this matter reported.
