Chicken licken dirty food

On the 12/12/2020 I bought a family feast at chicken licken and I found rat's fierces inside the box I called the manager to tell him about this he was so unprofessional as he told me to come to the shop the following day they will give me the same meal and he told me that every place has rats and there's nothing they can do about it and the staff gave me an old box that's why I found fierces cause they always check the boxes he was not even sorry. The following day I went back to their shop at carnival mall and they told me that I should have brought back the meat I told them that the manager didn't tell me and they said they wanted to see the fierces u showed it to them they told me that they can't help me I'll have to wait for the manager who answered the phone. Chicken licken at carnival mall managers are unprofessional and they are selling us dirty food rats are poisonous to find the rats **** on my food it's even worse !!!!!
