Chicken Licken Croyon - Pathetic service and incorrect orders!

Went to a drive thru at Croydon in Isando and ordered a hotwings deluxe. The cashier/ person taking the order even repeated it for me correctly but somehow they managed to mess up my order and give me a soul sister deluxe - how is this the same thing? Furthermore, they are repeating orders to paying customers at the "pay here" place as well as taking new orders from people placing them - Its no wonder they mess up orders! Please change your process or BE ACCURATE!!!!!
