Chicken Licken Cosmo Mall- Bad service

Chicken Licken Cosmo Mall has no regard for customers. 1. The lady taking orders had friends surrounding the till. They were viewing the photos on the phone. Talking about some baby / child. 2. They were very loud, even tarven noise is not like that. 3. They continued for about 20 minutes talking about someone else they met at Urban and joking and laughing. 4. They moved over to collections side. By this time, the lady/boy calling orders could not be heard clearly. I was sitting there when they mad fun of a lady who is partially deaf who couldn't hear hear order being called out because of the noise. 5. This was uncalled for and it was disgusting and distasteful to witness. 6. I really wish this outlet could just shut down if they treat people like this. They all should loose their jobs because NO ONE called them out, especially for the noise!
