CHICKEN LICKEN CORNUBIA

I visited chicken licken at Cornubia mall today. I my order as taken and paid for. We requested to eat at the store. Our food was given to us on time. We requested for plates and was refused. We asked if we can get burger boxes to use as plates and was also refuse. I was so angry that i returned the meal and asked for a refund. An eft was done as refund and but still does not appear in my account. Worst customer service ever. You would rather lose R2 for plates than losing R200 on a meal. When you employ people who make silly decision for your business, your business will fall. To all readers of this complaint, do not eat from CHICKEN LICKEN CORNUBIA.
