Chicken Licken Chris Hani Crossing Bad Service

Had a very bad service at Chicken Licken Chris Hani Crossing.... I bought my Family Full house and I only bought that because I wanted the coleslaw, I waited for about 30 minutes not knowing wat going on, only to be told the there are only hot pieces left they are preparing mild pieces.... Fast forward I ddnt get the coleslaw I wanted but ppl who ordered the hot option after me did, I told her that I don't eat hot stuff that's why I can't take Atchaar. I don't know who she consulted and came bk and still gave me the Atchaar, if it wasn't for the coleslaw I wud have simply bought the piece only and I was not give an option to Decide what to do, decisions were made for me but I paid money.... They do not pay attention to orders because the whole time I was there they were laughing talking about customers to an extent that the manager or supervisor had to come reprimand them but they still laughed behind her back.... Worst service ever
