Chicken licken brits mall

I'm very disappointed in your product i have ordered two love me tender meals on sunday (12/06/2022) with a soulbites munch for my son. Now i normally don't have any problems with your food thats why i buy so much but i have to say I'm honestly dissatisfied. Number one i have waited over 20 min for our food, i know burgers take longer but really, then when we got our food my sons soulbites was still frozen in the middle, me and my husbands burgers were dry, there was a small amount of mayo on it but the buns were old and the patties were dry. Also our chips were ice cold. I expect this to be resolved because it's unacceptable.
