CHICKEN LICKEN BRAMFISCHER IN RANDBURG IS THE WORST EVER DURING THIS LOCKDOWN

Good day I just had the worst experience with the chicken licken in braamfischer drive in randburg I placed an order with a total of r608 on uber eats and a guy by the name of Sibiya came to deliver the delivery by my work place and the order was missing and I drove to the chicken licken were my order was placed and I explained to the manager what had happened and he was very rude his name is Thabang Dube and he even said it to my face that he will not apologise because there is no need for him to do that,what kind of a manager is that honestly and how did you even hire such a person as a company that doesn't even know how to communicate with a client can the owner of this shop please contact me as soon as possible and I want my money back for the order that was missing and the stupid manager was even raising his voice to me as if I did not even pay for the food that I ordered here is my order number #3FA10 and a a day ago I had the same problem my order was missing and I complained aswell on the uber app..And to make it worse the guy that delivered our food was there aswell and he even informed the manager that he didn't count the orders as the order was big
