04/04/2024 I went to order lunch-also asked for chilli sauce but got ketchup instead. The lady who assisted me with order was very friendly and welcoming. Once I stopped at the window to collect my food the lady that assisted frowned upon me as I did not want to go to park and make them bring the food...I have experienced that when this gets done, they are in no hurry to assist, I felt very uncomfortable. I also work with customers and in the end, they pay the salary.
