Chicken Licken blackheath

I’m utterly disgusted by the service I received at Chicken Licken Blackheath after I came to the store made a few purchases amounting to R520 and they gave me and assured us that everything was packed ,when I arrived at work there was one order missing a hotwings meal 6. We decided to call back and spoke some who said he is a store manager however he could not rosolve this and only said must come back to fetch, it was already past our lunch time but this manager just said he will call back and never did … I’m not happy that a manager could not send a meal to us which was the stores mistake
