chicken licken Beyerspark NO GO for me

Why give is the option and call it a drive thru if you keep telling me to go wait in parking? No cars behind me and staff keep telling me to go park due to a timer? Why is the timer causing problems to customers? I politely mentioned I prefer to wait and not go park and I could hear the staff gossiping...food was fresh and hot, staff needs training in customer service
