CHICKEN LICKEN AT KWAMASHU IS THE WORSE STORE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to thank chicken licken at Kwamashu Station for almost ****ing our Grandmother. yesterday at around 10:30 she went to chicken licken and the store was opended and it was being cleaned, the lady just finished mopping the floor when my grandmother walked in and she fell . The person we are speaking about is over 70years of age, and she fell flat on her face when she complained to the manager as they was not even a wet sign on the floor displayed so that customers can see that the floor is wet, the manager they, that guy had the ***** to actually tell my grandmother that why was she not looking where she was going she should have noticed that the floor was wet and find alternative ways to try and walk on the dry patches.

chicken at Kwamashu i would like to congratulate you for the bad service and i would like to tell you that we are not going to take this from you, i am going to go knock on every door until i find a way to make you pay for this as it is your responsibility to make sure that when the store is being cleaned signs are put on the foor to make customers alert to avoide such ancidents but no since chicken licken is so better and the manager is rude as hell, he was making it her fault that she fell flat on her face in his store were the floor was wet at 10:30 with no wet floor sign. Was it actually her fault that she the floor was wet and they was no sign there?? please answer me?
