Chicken licken and Uber eats SA are *******!

In connection with order no. 62AF9. I placed an order with UberEats at Chicken Licken Wilgehuwel and set it to be delivered to my mom at around 17:30pm-6pm. Everything was fine and the money was deducted off my account for R488. Around the time that the order was supposed to be delivered, my mom notified me that the order had been canceled. Please note that neither myself nor my mother canceller the order and neither Uber eats or Chicken licken can explain why the order was canceled. This is truly pathetic service received. The only thing is says on the receipt is that Chicken Licken had already prepared the order when it was canceled, which is absolutely bogus as Noone canceled this order at all on my side. I need answers, because when we try to call we are getting pushed around from pillar to post. This kind of disgusting service leaves me without nearly R500 for nothing!! This will be the absolute last time I use your services. This is the problem with service delivery in south africa right now, you take peoples money without a plausible reason!!
