Chicken gone wrong

I went to the Chicken licken in heidedal twin city today 25/6/2022,tired and cold. I was buying food for myself and little girls .ordered a family meal origional. Took my order and could not wait to dine with my 17month,4yr old and 14yr old daughters. But upon opening my package at home,there were 2 different sized boxes of hot Wings and chips. I'm very disappointed,coz my younger kids couldn't just enjoy our favorite meal with me. And I couldn't go back to the shop as it's late at night n I'm not driving (no car). So I call (3times)the twin city chicken licken to try n salvage the situation, but line just rings. I love wings,but this was a bit much for me. ***
