Chicken dry licken

This is the second time I'm buying chicken licken and found it dry and not tasty. It looks and tastes like yesterday's chicken that was refried and sold to customers. 1st it was jabulani mall and now campus square. Guys what happened to the moist super tastey chicken licken we fell in love with. Can someone please intervene.
