Chicken bad treatment Bad service

On the 12/12/20 was at chicken licken frikkie Meyer blvd Vanderbijlpark in the vaal triangle and I was assisted by Seipati. I have never been treated so badly by a cashier in my life. I went to place an order the cashier was never friendly to assist me. I placed few pieces of chicken but I noticed after I ordered that I needed my chicken to be combined by delicious hot and not hot pieces. Then I went back to the not so friendly cashier to ask her if she can change my order and make other pieces hot, she made a seem and talked in a very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional way to me saying "how could you stand to long after you placed your order and you tell me you want your pieces to be mixed. Then after that she thought the recipe in my face, I went back to my spot where I was told to stand by one your staff that was at the door that day. All of a sudden the ubuar eatter delivery guys came in she literally told the guys to push me out of the quote as if am not important or I was not a customer. I felt so small then when I got to the car I called to complain I asked the for a store manager then a lady called queen said she is the one in charge I told her want happen and I told her is not the 1st time that Seipati lady lady treat me like that., she told me she is aware of how that lady treats customers and am not the 1st to complain about her. I was convinced they will deal with the matter and get back to me for an apology is being almost two weeks no one got back to me. Why can't they place people who really want to work that that restaurant the service their is really unprofessional am so disappointed how could I be treated like things for my money that I work hard for they should have just noted that they only welcome certain customers.
