Careline just ignored my complaint before it got resolved

I received a incorrect food order from Chicken Licken Dobsonville on Saturday the 5th of December 2020, when i got home and realised that this was incorrect i then sent them an email stating on the email that this is not the first nor the second time this is happening, i got a response on on December the 7th which required me to produce a receipt i then responded to the email and asked them to try and reprint the receipt i am willing to provide them with whatever information they will need from me, ever since then their careline decided to ignore me! which is totally rude and unprofessional. I dont see myself buying anything from ever again from a Chicken Licken store simply because of this experience
