Card purchases

Hi

I'm a customer who loves your chicken but your Bara franchise in Soweto is just ****. I went there to buy a meal and surprisingly I was told they don't take cards they only take cash, at this day and age who still wanna walk around with cash.

I prefer using bank cards they are convenient for me. Looks like that's the only chicken licken where they don't take cards because the other franchises I have been too I have never experienced such.

I plead with your head office to ensure you keep your customers happy by attending to the matter, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who sees this as an inconvenience.

What annoyed me most was when I was told to go withdraw and come queue again, to me that's so immature.

IF you don't believe you can send one of your members there's an A4 paper written 'CASH ONLY NO CARDS'
