Hi guys, I love your food and think its great. Today I had an unpleasant experience at one of your outlets in Potch. I placed my order with a lady named Nelly, upon collection of my order I noticed that they were putting a coke with my order, and as I dont drink coke I asked for water. I was told that I cannot change it as it has already been captured, I told the lady that I dont drink coke and would like a water and she directed me back to Nelly. Nelly then told that it cant be changed. I then cancelled my order and asked for a refund. Without any hesitation and a single word Nelly gave my money back.
