Call for collection but still made to wait. Food takes 45 minutes to be prepared for collection

I have now, for the second time, received the worst service from Chicken Licken Rosebank. After ordering food for collection almost 20 before going to the store to collect it, I was still left waiting for an additional 20-25 minutes. This has happened twice now. The reason for calling in advance is so that the food can be collected during lunch breaks and this extended wait makes it impossible to actually have the food for lunch as it is only ready almost 45 minutes into an hour lunch break.

What is the point of having a call and collect option if you are still made to wait for extended periods of time upon collection?
