Burnt plastic on my food.

I asked my friend to place an order as I was rushing to work. Picked up my food chicken licken in gateway. While I was indulging at work I notice something blue on my food. Went to inform or complain about this at chicken licken, manager was not even sympathetic of my situation, he ended up asking me if I have never made a mistake in my life, was not even irate cause I saw that he was angry himself. He told me that he can replace my three wings and give me one more as a bonus. I feel really insulted about this and I wasn't complaining for compensation, I wanted him to sympathize with me and show sincere apology, Not apology with attitude. I feel even sick thinking that maybe I have eaten more of those plastics as I was not even paying too much attention while I was eating.
