Burnt dry meat

This has been happening for too long!! The meat is always burnt and dry!! How do u expect a family with kids to eat such?? No maarn. Kempton Park chicken licken at Kempton road, you are robbing us our money. If ts not wrong order, the meat is burnt and too oily no maarn!!
