Burned dry meat and way too crispy fries

Today's experience was the worst ever. For the first time in my life I went to buy and the meat was burned and dry and I was so ****ed off that I couldn't return it hence I bought the meal during my lunch time and sad part of it all I had to throw the meal away and continue the day on an empty stomach. Took photos the moment I tried eating it with rolls and it felt like I was eating billing with rolls
