Bryanston, Sandton Chicken Licken with sewage service!!!

Saturday the 21st October , my mom and I stopped at chicken licken in Bryanston, Sandton - Sloane Square Shopping Centre. We bought soul man load up and a burger meal. We requested for specific chicken pieces and to my surprise, i was disgusted in the response I got from your RUDE staff who refuse to service my request. Does it mean because it is in Bryanston, Sandton clients should experience sewage service. The roll of the burger was stale. We did beg for the food , we paid for it. Your staff should not treat us as if they doing us a favour. I await your call.
