BANG BANG MIX NOT SO BANG IF IT'S FROM ALEX

It was my first time buying the BANG BANG MIX meal therefore I was uncertain about what I received. Yesterday I called and spoke to Portia who took my order around 5 pm and I went to pick it up at around 20 minutes past 5. I picked up my order and left for my bus, when I open my order it's just 2 boneless wings and the slyder rolls with that sauce ONLY. I mean really, the slyders were incomplete and there was no SoulFire Sachet either. I couldn't even take it back as I was already in the bus on my way home. How pathetic can your service be? Firstly, they have the tendency of not giving you your full change, like if the meal is R49.90 and you pay with R60 (3 R20), they will only give you R10, what are they doing with our 10 cents? They do this all the time and once I even asked the driver who came to delivery at my work place why do they do this instead he laughed. I asked some lady at the shop if I pay with 10 OR 20 cents less will I still get my order? she laughed and said YES. Is this really how it works? And if I get a different person at the till? I am a regular customer and this is so disappointing. Should I now always check my food before I walk out the shop?
