Bad services, poor management

So we drove 22km two ways for wings at chicken licken. When we got there there was a que to the fly through everything looked good. There was a lady in front of us we all thought she was helping the car in front of us. Well when she got to us she told us she can’t help us because they are closed. I told her that before we drove there we called and you guys said you close at 7. She then told us that that no they changed it today cause their stuff are staying far and some got home late. But I mean I called the shop they said 7. So now whose problem is it that they stay far? I was there to buy not to listen to their stuff challenges. We all have challenges at work but can’t affect our clients. We got there at 6. I mean it the wings were finished yes I would understand not tell me about who stays where
