Bad services

On the 7/11/19 I went to kwa Thema chicken licken and to my surprise I was told I have no right to choose my favorite piece of chicken, I asked the cashier why not and why in other branches we are allowed to do that and she said not on rock my soul and not here. But I let it go thinking maybe it's new rules after few days I went to Edenvale and Bedford view branches and I was allowed to choose. So confusing indeed so in other words it means blacks township branches are not allowed or black people have no right to choose what they want?
