Bad services

I really do not understand why is it that when you order something that's not there why do they take your order without notifying you that you will wait a longer for your order it's been twice now that the same thing happens to me. Chicken licken has the worst service in soweto both in bara and maponya mall the people who work there they just don't care they normally even trying to explain to you they talk to you with attitude and then when you react they say you have drama. I think m gonna go back to buying KFC it might be expensive than chicken licken but atleast I never had to wait 45 minutes for my order
