Bad Service with stinky attitude
<p> <span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">To whom it may concern</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal">I am writing with disgust, that customer service is non-existence in the Chicken Licken at Bryanston Sloane Centre.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal">I have gone for my lunch to buy something to eat, I order two rock my soul, order no 1143 dated 09/05/2016</p> <p class="MsoNormal">I took forever to get my order, people who came after me placed orders, received and left with me standing and waiting, until order 1170 was called, I enquired they said they still waiting for chicken, but other orders were being called, I was ready to leave without my order, and went back to the cashier for my money, she then looked at my slip still took her time to check on my order not even listening to me to what I am asking for, at this point I wanted my money back and not the chicken, instead she came back with the order, I asked to speak to the manager but promised that she is coming I had to wait again and wait and wait, until I saw I was going to be late for work and left.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal">No telephone number to call for complaints I tried the number on telephone directory and I just got placed on hold.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal">All the staff have no name tags I wonder is because they know that we may report them or what, I am totally disgusted by this behaviour and attitude, and don’t see myself going to that outlet anymore.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Meisie </p>
