Bad service - staff just sitting at chatting instead of serving customers

Placed an order at Chicken Licken Germiston at 13:23 and at 13:40 I asked how far they were with my order and they answered that it wasn't ready. at 14:00 I got furious and they said the order wasn't done and one of the ladies made a fool of me and said "don't worry sisi Ima fire all of them tomorrow" the "Manager" was there Ms Ngwenya and a guy came to return a burger that was hard to eat, no apology nothing she just instructed that he get a refund. I waited 30 minutes for an order that takes 5 minutes or less because they weren't busy.
