Bad Service, No delivery, Lies

Today our office ordered various meals from Chicken Licken, for delivery. Placed order at 12.38, when asked how long would it take, was initially told driver is out as soon as he gets in will send off order. Called at 13h30 to find out how far is order, was told the order was getting packed and going to leave any minute. at 14h10 when we called again was told the driver was stuck at the side of the road, but still our order had not left their store. We got 3 different stories from 3 different personnel until the \Senior Manager\" answered and told us to go and see on the side of the road her driver was stuck. Problem is in the past when our orders were late we were told the driver had a puncture but when driver arrived he said he had no puncture. Sadly all our staff had to find alternate meal options. Very disappointed at the level of service received. "
