bad service from supervisor

On the 26th of June i made a call to Chicken Licken Pavillion Mall around 12.30pm to place an order for delivery. I requested to be delivered Party 16 meal, i was told that i would receive it 20 minutes after i had made the call.<br> <br> An hour later i than called Chicken Licken to find out why my food was not delivered as yet, i was than put through to the surpervisor who told me that the delivery man was on his way.<br> <br> I waited another 30 minutes and made a call again, spoke to the supervisor who was very unprofessional and sarcastic. She laughed at me and told me that the delivery was still on the way accompanied by the manager (and i found this comment really rude), i was being mocked and not taken seriously.<br> <br> I ended up not getting my food AT ALL. The service was really pathetic and the staff was rude.<br>
